Terms and Conditions

My Way Journeys LLC (“My Way Journeys,” “we,” “us”) is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Oasis Travel Network and a member of Signature Travel Network. By using our website or our travel planning services, you agree to these terms.

Our Role

We act as an agent for the travel suppliers who provide your travel services, such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators and transfer companies. Each supplier has its own terms, including payment schedules, cancellation penalties and change fees, and those terms apply to your booking with that supplier. We will share the key supplier terms with you before you book. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of suppliers.

Fees and Payments

Our planning fees are currently waived. We are compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers. If we introduce a planning fee in the future, we will tell you the amount in writing before any work begins.

Payments for travel services are made directly to the travel supplier, not to My Way Journeys. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed by the supplier, and may change due to supplier pricing, taxes, fees or currency exchange rates.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations that you request are subject to each supplier’s rules and may result in penalties up to the full cost of the trip. If a supplier changes or cancels your travel, we will help you understand your options, but the supplier’s policies determine any refund or credit.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical and emergency evacuation coverage. If you decline travel insurance, you accept responsibility for any losses that insurance could have covered.

Travel Documents and Health Requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your return date), any required visas, and for meeting the entry, health and vaccination requirements of every destination. Please make sure the names on your bookings exactly match your travel documents. We are happy to point you to official resources, but each government sets its own requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Way Journeys is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or expense caused by travel suppliers or by events outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, illness, strikes, political unrest or government actions.

California Seller of Travel Disclosures

My Way Journeys LLC is registered with the State of California as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. 2173883-70. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Right to a prompt refund. If your travel services are canceled, and you are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions disclosed to you, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly refunded to you, unless you advise us otherwise in writing after the cancellation.

California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and you were located in California at the time of payment. You may be eligible to make a claim if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for travel services that were not provided, or for money that was not refunded when required. The maximum amount that may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel, with sufficient documentation and a $35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which a claim is filed with the TCRF. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
